Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor in Management Studies (BMS) programme at IIM Sirmaur (AY 2026–30) must fulfill the following requirements:
1. Entrance Test Requirement
- Candidates must appear for the IPMAT conducted by IIM Indore (IPMAT 2026).
- The Aptitude Test Score (ATS) of IPMAT will be considered for shortlisting.
2. Academic Qualification
- Candidates must have scored minimum 60% marks in both Class 10 and Class 12 (or equivalent).
- Candidates scoring below 60% in either examination will be considered ineligible.
- Students appearing for Class 12 or equivalent examination and expecting results by July 31, 2026, are also eligible to apply, subject to fulfilling the required criteria.
3. Age Limit
- Candidates must be 20 years or younger as of August 1, 2026 (Born on or after August 1, 2006).
- A 5-year relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/PwD candidates (Born on or after August 1, 2001).
4. Reservation Policy
Admissions will follow Government of India reservation norms:
- 27% – NC-OBC
- 15% – SC
- 7.5% – ST
- 10% – EWS
- 5% – PwD
Candidates applying under reserved categories must submit valid certificates issued by the competent authority.
5. Document Verification
Admission will be confirmed only after submission and verification of original mark sheets and certificates. Failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in cancellation of admission.
