Eligibility
The General Eligibility requirement for admission to Bachelors’ and Integrated Masters’ Programmes is the Class 12 examination, or its equivalent.
Programme Specific Guidelines
- Management & Commerce: Commerce or Management at the school level are not compulsory.
- Humanities & Social Science: The Arts stream at the school level is not compulsory.
- Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science is open to anyone who has completed Class 12 or equivalent with Mathematics as a subject.
- Eligibility for Life Science: Students with Biology, Physics, Chemistry subjects in the 12th standard.
- Eligibilty for Physics: Physics and Mathematics in Class 12 are compulsory.
Note: Students without Mathematics as a subject in the 12th standard - Candidates who have been admitted to the university in another Major or Undeclared Major/Programme and who do not have Mathematics at Class 12, will have to take prescribed courses at the university and achieve a satisfactory grade in those courses as prescribed by the University (Please see Programme description for details) before they can apply for a change in Major to Computer Science.
